Prior to the recording session, the voice talent and sound engineer are briefed by the artistic director on the instructions provided by the client, including delivery tone and style, pronunciation of foreign names or stress for brand names and  key concepts. The script is examined and rehearsed to get the right voice performance.  We screen the recording process, correcting on the spot any mistake or mispronunciation we are responsible for. The team of people involved in each project, from the voices to the engineer, double check the post-prod audio or video to ensure a flawless product is delivered. In the unlikely event of a pronunciation error or technical malfunction, we correct that free of charge. Satisfaction for our clients is a must.
